Will it definitely work?

Yes!! The only thing that could be a stumbling block for success is if you do not consistently implement the strategies I provide. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances in life can disrupt progress as well, such as sickness and travel but by working with me you will have the knowledge and tools to get back on track when you are ready. If at the start of the process I see any reason to suggest that medical expertise may be required, then I will advise you of this straight away to resolve your Childs sleep issues.

Will it be a very long process?

Baby and children’s sleep challenges can be resolved in as little as just a few days or it could take up to 4-6 weeks. Whilst there are a number of variables that contribute towards how long the whole process will take, most families see tremendous improvement within 7-10 days. The key to success is to be consistent and we will cover this in more detail during your consultation, to ensure you achieve the best outcome.

Will my baby/ child cry?

Young children and all babies cry, it is perfectly normal as it is how they communicate. If you come across a sleep trainer that offers you a no cry service then they will be promising something that isn’t practical, as they are suggesting your baby should stop communicating. My job is to teach you to understand the cries, recognise what your child needs and show you how to implement the appropriate response so these needs are consistently being met.

I have a 100% success rate with all of the families I have worked with as they have committed to implementing the skills and strategies I have taught them, consistently.

Are results guaranteed?

I provide a service that consists of information and support. I cannot control how that is used by the customers so therefore I cannot guarantee your results. I can guarantee satisfaction with my assessment and consultation, after which the results are in your hands. I can assure you that if you follow your plan correctly you will be overjoyed with the results!
